For .LU domain names:
A verification email will be been sent to the domain holder (registered owner email address Admin-C).
This Email contains a link with which you (Admin-C) need to agree to the domain transfer.
For .EU domain names:
After you have sent us the transfer auth-code, the domain transfer takes about 1-2 hours.
For other domain extensions (.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, etc)
After you have sent us the transfer auth code, the domain transfer takes about 5-7 business days.
Please make sure that no transfer lock (protection) is activated by the current provider.
