How do I upgrade or change my package?

Login to your client area: Click Services in the navigation menu, and select Services in the dropdown. Locate the service(s) you wish to upgrade Click the service you wish to upgrade from your service list Click the Upgrade Button and choose a new package.

How do I renew my hosting account?

All hosting plans are automatically renewed when your payment was received 24 hours before expiration date (unless a cancellation request is submitted through your client area). Our billing system will generate your renewal invoice 35 days prior to the due date and send you a notification email.

How do I cancel my services?

Login to your client area: Click Services in the navigation menu, and select My Servicesin the dropdown. Locate the service(s) you wish to cancel Click the service you wish to cancel On the left side Actions menu, click Request Cancellation.
